About Tour
Horse riding in Altai Tavan Bogd National Park is one of the most popular attractions in western Mongolia. You will ride a horse starting from #3 until day6. The view of Altai Tavan Bogd National Park is spectacular. It is not just a horse riding several days but it also includes nomadic migration lifestyle as the way you pack all tour gears on camel and holding the camels while riding a horse from start point till the end.

| Day 1 | Your driver will pick you up from the airport and drop you off at your hotel located in central area. It is a relaxing day before starting your trip to western Mongolia. | 3 Star Hotel |
| Day 2 | Your driver and English-speaking guide with a local Kazakh will meet you at the local airport in Ulgii city. As soon as your arrival, you will start driving to Tsengel village and overnight by Khovd river which is 3 hours of driving (if your local flight arrival is in the afternoon) or you will drive all the way to White River Ranger Station (if your flight arrives early morning) which is 7 hours of driving. | Day 3 | Depending on the flight arrival time of day-2, you will drive to White River Ranger station or start your horse riding from White River Ranger station after breakfast to the Base Camp of Altai Tavan Bogd NP. Horse riding of day-3 will be 5-6 hours and you will have a boxed lunch on the way. | Day 4 | This is a day to climb to the Malchin Peak, one of the highest Peaks of Altai Tavan Bogd which doesn’t require special equipment. However, you need good trekking poles because the rocky road has a lot of loose rocks and sand. So be careful while ascending it. Climbing takes around 6-7 hours for a group of average speed. Weather conditions change drastically as you rise to 3500 meters. When the wind speed reaches 9 m/s or greater, climbing is forbidden. | Tent Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner |
| Day 5 | Ride back to the Ranger Station after breakfast. You will help the horse guides to pack the gears on the camels and start riding together to the White River Ranger Station. You will arrive to the Ranger Station after 4 hours of riding back and one more night at the Ranger Station.
